A recent gathering in Madrid united community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to reflect on the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The dialogue included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the news eu gipfel Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers shared personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how mutual knowledge can reduce prejudice.
Throughout the gathering, participants explored themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when supported by education and dialogue.
